Services & Fees

McKeil Home Staging offers 3 basic services: consultations, showcasing and home furnishing rentals.

Consultation

We will visit your property twice, once to perform our evaluation (about 60 to 90 minutes) and once to consult with you (about 45 to 60 minutes) at which point you will be presented with a Property Appeal Maximization Report. This is a comprehensive report specific to your property, identifying the many steps that could be taken to maximize your property's appeal (with the exception of structural improvements). To view a sample of the Property Appeal Maximization Report, please contact us. The fee for consultation is $237 plus GST for properties with up to 2,700 sq. ft. of finished living space. For larger properties fees will vary based on size.

Showcasing

We will send a team headed by a CSP^TM to your property, and by applying proven staging methodologies, we will maximize the appeal of your property and prepare it for viewings. Showcasing may include: editing your belongings (packing up collectibles, knick knacks, books, etc. removed as a result of editing); rearranging furniture; placing accessories; and addressing room by room: function, focal point, floor plan, furniture, traffic pattern and atmosphere. Because each property is unique, in order to quote a fee, McKeil Home Staging would like to visit your property (at no charge) in order to prepare a proposal for Showcasing services.

Rentals
